If you want D&B all weekend, it offers a much clearer proposition than hunting for one stage on a mixed-genre festival bill.
The first 2027 names include Andy C, Dillinja, Kings of the Rollers, Metrik, Logistics, Fred V and Etherwood. That is a real spread, from harder-edged classics to Hospital’s more melodic side. The festival and the room are sold together, so the accommodation choice deserves as much attention as the poster.
Which package makes sense for your group?
Every official 2027 package includes three nights on site and a festival ticket. The package names can look like ordinary hotel tiers, but the kitchen and towel details change the cost of a weekend.

Those distinctions come from the organiser’s package descriptions. I would put the actual headcount into the booking first. The 2027 terms say the accommodation is charged at full occupancy even if some beds go unused. A six-person apartment is not automatically a bargain for four people, and each guest needs an on-site place to stay.
Before anyone in the group pays
The lead booker must submit each guest’s details by 31 January 2027, according to the event terms. Missing that deadline can cancel the booking without a refund; changes after it carry a £30 amendment fee. Every guest must be 18 or over and bring matching photo ID. The booking is for the whole accommodation, so one friend dropping out does not create an individual refund. Read the payment and cancellation terms with the group before one person takes the deposit risk.
If someone needs an adapted room, use the package accessibility notes and contact the organiser before paying. Wheelchair-adapted rooms are listed in hotel and Silver self-catering categories, while Deluxe Suites have stairs. Venue access also depends on capacity, so booking a package does not promise entry to every room at every moment.
What does the weekend sound like?
Hospital Records’ own TC Hospitality Weekender guest mix is a better test of the weekend’s energy than another generic festival trailer. It is an earlier promotional mix, not a 2027 set or an extra lineup announcement.
I would book for the whole spectrum of D&B and the unusually easy winter setup. If you only want one artist, wait for the full stage splits.
