Who is Paperchase?
Established in 1996, Paperchase has been the number one shopping hotspot for innovative and creative stationery. They specialize in unique and distinctive greeting cards and gifts that define their excellent quality and premium touch on all their products.
More about Paperchase?
Paperchase is continually being updated with new products being launched every single week, created by its in-house team of professionals. Checking out the shop every week will show you that they are more than just a shop, but they put their heart and soul into their products.
Paperchase now has over 130 stores within the UK and over 30 stores across Ireland, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany as well as the Middle East.
Paperchase has three huge flagship stores dotted around the UK, such as Manchester, Glasgow or London.
What kind of products to Paperchase sell?
As we already know, Paperchase deals with and sell a lot of products. The vast majority of the products can be split into these categories. These include Stationery, Notebooks, Filing and Storage methods, cards and gift wrap, gifts, bags and accessories, and special occasion items such as invites and decorations.
During special times or holiday seasons such as Christmas, Valentine’s day, and New Year, Paperchase put on promotions and have unique items for you to buy.
What is Paperchase “Treat Me”?
For many of us, special occasions can be a daily, monthly, and most common, yearly event where we have to buy gifts, decorations, or cards, among other accessories. Paperchase saw this and didn’t want to keep charging for delivery every other day or month.
Paperchase Treat Me is a “No Points, Only Perks” membership that allows you to reap several benefits of using Paperchase. These include a Free upgrade to next-day delivery on all your items, a free greeting card when you buy 7, free click and collect service, a £5 gift on your birthday, 15% off your next order, and a £5 reward when you spend £50.
What kind of delivery types does Paperchase use?
Paperchase primarily deals with UK customers, and their shipping displays this. At the moment, there are only three delivery options, all within the United Kingdom. These include a UK Standard delivery, aiming to deliver within 3-5 days with Yodel. Next is a UK Next Day delivery by Yodel, but please note this does not include a Sunday, and if you need to have it the next day but in the morning, you can also do this. You must order before 5 pm, however, should you wish to get this.
You may wonder how much this card costs, and we’ve got some good news. Paperchase Treat Me is entirely free, all you have to do is visit in-store and pick up a card, and you’ll have all these perks in the palm of your hand. You will need to register the card online, but this shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes.
What payment types does Paperchase offer?
Paperchase has several payment methods on-site, but to find out what they are, you do need to have something in your basket and already proceeded to the checkout. Here, you will find the three methods they use.
Firstly, they accept all major secure credit cards and debit cards such as MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Delta, and American Express. After that, they offer PayPal express checkout, which you can use to automatically fill in all your details from PayPal. Last but not least, is Apple Pay / Google Pay. These are primarily for if you are on a phone, as you are unable to use ApplePay on a Windows PC/Laptop. Google Pay can be used online on any device, and again, it is convenient to use.
At the moment, Paperchase does not offer any finance options for any of the products throughout the store.
Are my details safe on Paperchase?
As online shopping becomes bigger, security becomes tighter, and Paperchase is no stranger to this. Paperchase uses advanced SSL certificates to ensure that any data transferred to them is encrypted.
Not only this, but Paperchase uses an online, third-party payment vendor that will take your details and store them securely. This company will be regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, so rest assured that your details are safe.
Something to note if you’re concerned about your online privacy and data is that you don’t need to sign up for an account on Paperchase. At the checkout, you have the optional (unticked by default) ‘Create an Account’ action, which will require you to enter a password among a few other details.
How can I contact Paperchase with any questions?
Should you ever need to contact Paperchase for any questions relating to an order, or general questions, there are several ways to do so.
Paperchase has a ‘Help Center’ that you can find on-site that has hundreds of articles covering everything from safe shipping to wedding orders. 9/10 times, you’ll find an answer to your questions in their well-established FAQ.
If you still need help directly from Paperchase, you can use their ‘Contact Us’ section within the help center. Although a little hidden, if you click the link, it should take you through to a form that you can use. On here, you may use their contact form on their site, which will note down all the details they need to track and trace your order, or user.
There is also a live-chat function that you may use for smaller questions, however may be offline sometimes.
