The story
B Calm began in 2020, when Becky and Richie wanted to find a moment of calm in their own home. Becky is a clinical aromatherapist registered with the IFPA, and she says essential oils helped her recover from burnout. The brand grew from that idea: calm should be easy to build into an ordinary day.
The range
The oils are certified organic and vegan. B Calm says they contain nothing synthetic, no water and no added perfume. You can buy single oils such as lavender, frankincense, peppermint or tea tree, or choose a blend by mood.
The signature idea is three blends for three moments. Breathe is for the morning, Live is for the afternoon and Rest is for winding down. They are sold together as a Ritual Set, so you can start with all three or pick the time of day you find hardest.
Diffusers
The aroma diffuser is designed in the UK and meant for a bedroom or desk. For being out and about there are roller balls, keyring diffusers and a lava bead necklace. B Calm also sells skin care and gua sha pieces, and its blog and diffusion guide explain how to use the oils safely at home.
Delivery
Orders are processed in a few working days and sent across the UK. Whether delivery is free depends on your basket total, and the delivery policy page has the current details.

B Calm says all its oils are certified organic, vegan and cruelty free, with no synthetic substances, water or added perfume.
Which B Calm oils are suitable around children and pets?
B Calm names frankincense and geranium bourbon as the oils it thinks are most pet friendly, and lists several as child friendly. It advises diffusing for shorter periods around pets, and says cats cannot metabolise essential oils properly.
How do I look after a B Calm diffuser?
Clean the vessel with mild detergent and never immerse the unit in water. Add and remove water on the side opposite the air outlet, because water in the outlet can damage it.
What are the Breathe, Live and Rest blends?
They are B Calm's morning, afternoon and evening blends. Breathe is uplifting, Live is aimed at energy and Rest is for relaxing before bed.
How do I return something to B Calm?
Email [email protected]. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and an accepted return comes with a returns label.
