The story
Back to the Office was started in 2022 by Jamie Wright and Andy Henderson, who had both spent years working in tech. They saw that buying good kit was either expensive or confusing, so they built the shop they wanted to buy from. It is run from London and is still independent, with the two founders involved day to day.
The range
PC components include processors, graphics cards, storage, memory and monitors. The Gaming Club builds gaming PCs to order from quality parts, and a 3D build tool lets you design one on screen. There are consoles, accessories and sim racing kit, plus office supplies and furniture, and trade accounts for businesses. An ink and toner finder searches by printer model.
If you can’t find something, you can ask them to source it.
Delivery
Orders are usually processed within a working day and sent by couriers such as DPD, DHL, UPS and Royal Mail. Standard and express options exist, and express is only offered on select products. Costs and the minimum spend for free delivery are on their shipping page, and a few brands use a slower service. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the Islands can take longer.
Larger orders go by DPD with a pin code sent by text, and the parcel is only handed over once you give that code. Delivery is to the UK; the company runs a separate Irish store.
Paying
Klarna and Clearpay are offered at checkout so you can spread the cost, and Snap Finance covers larger purchases. These are credit products subject to status, and late fees can apply.
Saving
Any live code is listed on this page: copy it and enter it at their checkout.
Returns
If you change your mind, tell them within the legal window and return the item unused and in its original packaging. A collection fee applies, and original delivery charges aren’t refunded. Electronics need a serial number when you start the return, and opened headphones can’t be returned. Faulty items should be reported quickly and are replaced or refunded.

Currys Business
