AI headshot generator that turns selfies into 4K professional portraits for individuals and teams, with one-off pricing
BetterPic has a free plan. Prices in pounds as BetterPic's pricing page showed them on 11 October 2026.
BetterPic is an AI headshot generator that turns a handful of selfies into 4K professional portraits for LinkedIn, CVs and company websites, for individuals and whole teams. There is no subscription: UK visitors see one-off prices from £30 for 20 headshots in one style, £34 for 60 in three styles and £69 for 120 in six. Team headshots cost £42 a person, falling to £26 each for 15 or more.
Upload a few photos and BetterPic trains a model on them to produce 20 to 120 headshots in 4K, delivered by email in one to two hours.
Choose combinations of background, clothing style and colour, including studio, office, home office, legal, medical, education and real estate settings.
Checks your photos before training and flags ones likely to give poor results, to improve the final set.
Change clothing, correct skin, erase unwanted details or order a new batch in another style, paying per edit with Studio credits.
Professional editors make requested changes, such as fixing clothing errors or removing dark circles. Expert includes unlimited human edits on one photo.
Admins lock company styles, invite staff by email, share link or CSV, restrict sign-ups to a company domain, track progress and download every headshot in one place.
You own the generated headshots and get a full commercial licence for use on social media, websites and print.
BetterPic says it is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, encrypts data with AES-256, and offers instant deletion from your account.

“I couldn’t be happier with my headshots!”
“This is a waste of money.”
“Billed for services not rendered.”
You pick outfits and backgrounds, upload a few photos of yourself, and BetterPic trains an AI model on them to produce a set of 4K headshots, usually within one to two hours.
There are more than 150 styles, each a combination of background, clothing style and clothing colour, from studio and office backdrops to legal, medical and real estate settings. An AI assistant checks your uploads before training to catch photos likely to give poor results. BetterPic recommends 8 to 12 varied photos, taken in different light and with different expressions. Once the set arrives, the AI Studio lets you change clothing, correct skin or erase details, and human editors can retouch a photo on request. You own the results and get a commercial licence, so they can be used on LinkedIn, websites and business cards.
BetterPic shows UK visitors prices in pounds, all one-off payments: Basic is £30, Pro £34 and Expert £69, each for one person.
Extra AI Studio edits use credits, sold in packs from £5 for 50. BetterPic's FAQ lists human edits at $8 each and a redo at $10. The prices are shown next to higher crossed-out figures, which appear to be the standard display rather than a time-limited sale. BetterPic also says a free generator gives up to 10 headshots with queue-based delivery.
Both sell one-off AI headshot packs at similar prices, so the choice comes down to how many photos and styles you want and how each handles refunds.
HeadshotPro's pricing page lists $29 for 30 headshots, $39 for 50 and $59 for 70, with a guarantee of money back if the results don't look like you. BetterPic gives more headshots in its higher tiers, 60 for Pro and 120 for Expert, and adds an AI Studio for editing clothing and backgrounds afterwards. For teams, HeadshotPro's entry price per person is lower, while BetterPic offers a team dashboard with locked company styles, invite links and human retouching. Against a traditional photographer, both cost far less, but neither gives the control of a real shoot.
Only in limited cases: BetterPic advertises a 100% money-back guarantee, but its refund policy is much narrower.
A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase only if no AI model has been trained on your photos. If training has started but you haven't downloaded any images, 10% is withheld. Once you download any generated image, no refund is available, and credits are never refunded. Quality complaints are judged against the upload guidelines, so following them closely matters. Trustpilot reviewers who gave low scores most often mention results that didn't look realistic and difficulty getting money back.
BetterPic says it is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, and never sells data or uses your images to train other AI models.
Its machine-readable policy summary says primary storage is in the EU, in Frankfurt, with some data held in the US and processing in EU or US data centres. Pages disagree on how long photos are kept: the homepage says images are deleted 30 days after delivery, while the policy summary says input photos can be kept for up to a year and models and generated photos for up to three years. Instant deletion is available from your account. The operator, BetterGroup Holding Inc., is registered in Delaware and headquartered in Ghent, Belgium.
