Checking the delivery route
UK orders are dispatched from a Dorset warehouse, and free standard shipping applies automatically to UK orders over the stated threshold. Smaller baskets will pay postage, so grouping items into one order is the easiest way to avoid it.
Before you return anything
Returns are accepted within 14 days of order, but only for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. Bottles that have been sprayed or tested are not eligible, so avoid testing until you are sure. Contact the team before sending anything back, as unauthorised returns are not accepted.
