CloudTopper: what to know before you buy

What does CloudTopper sell? CloudTopper sells one main product, a 10cm-thick mattress topper, and a small range of bedding to go with it. The FAQs describe the topper as made from microfibres, with box stitching that keeps its polyester filling evenly spread. The range in October 2026: - The CloudTopper mattress topper, in single, small double, double, king and super king - Deep-fitted sheets in the same five sizes - A set of two pillows - Silk pillowcases - A weighted blanket and a luxury blanket - Bundles that combine a topper, sheets and pillows

Topper prices in October 2026 were £66.90 for a single, £72.90 for a small double, £86.90 for a double, £94.90 for a king and £99.90 for a super king. Deep-fitted sheets ran from £24.90 to £44.90 and the pillow set was £49.90. Claims on the site about pain relief and better sleep are the company's own.

How much is delivery from CloudTopper? Delivery is free on every order, and the site promises next-day delivery for orders placed before 11.30am. The FAQs say this runs six days a week, with Saturday orders arriving on Monday, and that orders with different products may come in separate parcels. Yodel carries the orders, and a tracking link arrives by email once the parcel is handed over. The same FAQs also say orders are packed and sent within 24 to 48 hours and that Yodel's times can slip. CloudTopper only delivers to UK addresses, and because stock ships from a UK warehouse there are no customs charges. A parcel that hasn't arrived within 20 days can be investigated by the team.

How does the CloudTopper 100-night trial work? Any CloudTopper product can be returned for a full refund within 100 days of delivery, and UK returns come with a free prepaid label. The refund policy sets out three steps: - An email to [email protected] with the order number and the reason for the return - A prepaid label from the warehouse team, Global Reach Logistics, usually within 24 to 48 hours - The item, in its original packaging with the label attached, dropped at a post office

Items need to be in the condition they arrived in, with tags and packaging, and stained or customer-damaged items are refused. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Returning one item from a bundle means the rest of the order loses the bundle price. For a different size, the FAQs suggest returning the item and placing a new order.

How can you save money at CloudTopper? Bundles are the main saving, because every product on its own already shows a sale price at half its listed regular price. In October 2026 the Everyday Bedding Bundle (a topper, a deep-fitted sheet and two pillows) cost £149.90 in a double, £16.80 less than the three items at their separate sale prices. The other bundles: - Existing Customer Bundle: a deep-fitted sheet and two pillows, from £67.80 - Back to School Bundle: a topper, two sheets and two pillows, from £149.90 - 24/7 Bed Bundle: two toppers, two sheets and four pillows, from £249.90

Only one discount code works per order, and the FAQs suggest separate orders when buying several bundles with different discounts. A code forgotten at checkout can still be applied by contacting the team. Archived copies of the site from July 2025 and March 2026 show the single topper at the same £66.90.

Who runs CloudTopper? CloudTopper is run by Jamie Ecom Ltd, a company registered at Companies House in February 2024 with its registered office in Wimbledon Park Road, London. Its terms put the head office in Southfields, London. Customer service is by email to [email protected] or the contact form, and no phone line is listed. On Trustpilot the shop had a TrustScore of 4.6 from 1,423 reviews in October 2026. Hotels, short-let hosts and other businesses can ask for volume pricing and sample packs through the Trade & Hospitality page, where commercial orders start from three units.
