Coway
Coway UK sells air purifiers designed for home use, with its Airmega range being the main focus of the site. Choosing an Airmega model
Coway's range centres on the Airmega line, which is worth comparing by the room you plan to use it in rather than by headline features alone. The homepage presents selected Airmega models as offering better value during sales, so it is sensible to check current model details against the room size and where the unit will sit. A purifier for a bedroom will have different needs from one for a larger living area or a space shared with pets.
Filter replacements and running costs
Because a purifier is an ongoing purchase, filters matter as much as the unit itself. Coway offers a filter subscription that lets you buy replacements on a schedule, which suits anyone who would otherwise forget to reorder. Before committing, work out how often the filters will need changing for your household and whether you prefer a rolling delivery or the flexibility of buying them as needed.
Delivery and returns expectations
The shipping policy states that Coway offers free standard shipping on all orders and does not deliver internationally, so check that you are ordering for a UK address. Delivery delays are to be communicated by the company. The refund policy requires returns to be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and items to be new and unused with original tags attached. Return shipping is paid by the company, although a return shipping fee applies to returns that do not meet its criteria. Returns are requested through the account page, and the Request Return button is only active within 30 days of receiving the item.
Support and warranty
The homepage lists a warranty of at least two years, and separate contact channels for general enquiries, product support and online advice. If a product develops a fault or arrives damaged, the refund policy directs customers to the support address to arrange a refund or exchange. Keep your order details to hand when you get in touch, as this will speed up any warranty or return request.
