Cult Beauty sells skincare, makeup, haircare, fragrance, and bodycare and wellness products from brands it chooses for efficacy, innovation, exclusivity and shared values. Some brands and products are sold only at Cult Beauty, gathered in its Only At Cult section, and it puts together edits and gift sets that bundle several products. Its haircare range includes straighteners, dryers and air stylers from brands such as ghd and Dyson, and our guide to buying a hair tool as a gift explains how to choose between them.
Cult Beauty works with Provenance, an independent platform that checks the claims brands make about their products. Its in-house model photos carry a Beauty Untouched watermark to show they haven’t been retouched, and the retailer has signed the Body Image Pledge, a voluntary commitment not to alter people’s bodies, hair or skin in its images.
Cult Beauty delivers across the UK with a choice of services: standard and faster delivery, Click & Collect to a network of collection points, and an eco option that finishes the last mile on foot, by bike or by electric vehicle where the postcode allows. Some faster services cover selected postcodes only. The Channel Islands have their own standard and priority services, and shoppers in other countries are pointed to its international site. Costs and cut-off times are on its delivery page and at checkout.
Unwanted items can go back within the window on its returns page, as long as they are unopened, in their original packaging and with hygiene seals untouched. Returns are registered through its returns partner, ZigZag, where shoppers pick a carrier, and UK returns carry a postage charge. Any gift that came with the order has to be sent back too before a refund or replacement is processed, and refunds go to the original payment method.
Cult Status, its loyalty scheme, adds points for spending while logged in, and the points convert into credit on the site. Members move through Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers, with a birthday reward at every tier and delivery savings and earlier access to goody bags higher up. Any Cult Beauty codes we confirm are listed on this page and go in at checkout, where payment options include PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay. Shoppers comparing online beauty retailers can also look at LOOKFANTASTIC and Pure Beauty.
We don't currently list a confirmed discount code. That doesn't mean the store has no promotions; check its website for current prices.
