The story
CV Villas says it has over half a century of experience arranging villa holidays. Its villas are hand-picked for location, quality and facilities, and the team visits them regularly. You can book through its sales team in the UK or, for a selection of properties, online.
The villas
The range covers Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Croatia, Turkey, Montenegro, Morocco, the Caribbean and Sri Lanka. Collections group villas by what matters to you, such as walking distance to the village, family-friendly properties or beach access. Its ABOVE collection brings together staffed luxury villas with landscaped gardens and pools.
Extras
Besides the villa itself, the team can arrange flights, transfers and car hire, as well as extras such as a cook service. Booking a package that includes a flight means the whole holiday is ATOL protected.
Changeover days
Many destinations have a set arrival and departure day, often Saturday, with Monday, Sunday or flexible days in some places. The FAQ page lists the usual pattern by country, but always check the individual villa page before choosing dates.
Payment
A deposit is taken when you book, and the amount depends on the villa owner's requirements. The balance is due before you travel, on the date shown on your confirmation. Prices and availability are shown on each villa's calendar.
Protection
CV Villas is a member of ABTA and holds an ATOL licence. A package booked with it is protected under the Package Travel Regulations 2018, and a villa-only booking has different protection, so ask the team what applies to yours.
