Decorating Centre Online discount codes and vouchers

What does Decorating Centre Online sell, and who is it for?

Decorating Centre Online sells paint, wallpaper and tools for DIYers and trade decorators. This third-generation family business began as a wallpaper stall and is known locally as Wear Valley Decorating Centre. Brands include Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Dulux, Benjamin Moore, Johnstone’s, Zinsser and Purdy. Alongside trade, designer and exterior paints, wood finishes, brushes and rollers, it stocks panelling, coving and tiles. For other options, Dulux Decorator Centre serves trade and public customers, while Wallpaperdirect offers wallpaper and decorating materials.

How does colour matching work?

DCO tints paint to equivalents of brand colour charts in various finishes, using the brand and shade name you enter when ordering. The result is a matched shade rather than the original brand’s paint. It matches RAL, NCS and British Standard, but not Pantone, HEX, RGB, Cuprinol or Behr. The shop says slight differences can occur, especially across brands or finishes. Colour match testers come in vinyl matt only, so you can try a shade before buying a larger tin. For reorders, you need the original label’s mixing machine number, brand and shade. Crown Trade uses the mixing date and time instead.

How do delivery and collection work?

DPD home delivery is a tracked next working day service for orders processed before the daily cut-off, with a one-hour window. Timed and weekend options are available, while DPD Pickup is cheaper and slower. The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and the Scottish Isles have their own charges, take a little longer and have no express options. Some products arrive separately from manufacturers, with options at checkout. Click and collect and local delivery are available from the Coundon and Croxdale shops in County Durham. You choose your collection shop when ordering.

What can you return, including tinted paint?

Eligible items can be returned unused in original packaging. Made-to-order tinted paint is excluded unless it does not arrive as specified. This includes colour matched paint and tinted Farrow & Ball and Little Greene ranges. You request an authorisation code, book through DPD’s returns portal, print the label and use a drop-off point. A collection fee is deducted from your refund, and the returns page sets out the window. For damage, you email customer services photos of the outer box showing the DPD label and the damage inside, plus your order number. Usable leaked paint may qualify for a partial refund.

How do codes, price matching, Pro accounts and rewards work?

You enter codes in the discount box at checkout, and the saving shows before you pay. Some offers cover one brand or product type. DCO reviews price-match requests by link or screenshot: the product must be in stock at a UK authorised reseller, with a like-for-like price including VAT and delivery. Marketplaces are excluded except Amazon. A price match cannot be combined with codes or other offers. DCO Pro gives trade customers discounts and promotions. DCO Rewards points become a checkout code. The DIY & Tools category also lists codes for other DIY and decorating shops.
