What Demi AI does
This is Demi, an AI assistant for your Mac that drafts replies, preps meetings and updates your CRM. It works across Gmail, Calendar, Slack and HubSpot, and nothing goes out until you approve it.
Reply drafting
Demi reads a thread alongside the related call and writes a reply that already contains the answer, in your own tone for that recipient. You approve, edit or skip it.
Follow-ups
It notices threads that have gone quiet and drafts short follow-ups, such as offering a cost breakdown rather than asking for a status update.
CRM updates from calls
Deal stage, next step, amount and last activity are filled in from what was said on a call and staged in HubSpot, Salesforce or Attio for your approval.
Meeting follow-through
After a meeting Demi writes a recap, lists action items, tracks what you promised and prepares answers to questions that were asked.
Digests and a ranked inbox
A Today view and morning digest show what needs you, with threads ranked as draft ready, waiting or later. Individual adds daily morning and nightly digests.
Routines
When a task repeats, Demi offers to take it on as a routine that runs on a schedule, such as a weekly pipeline recap posted to Slack.

Privacy
