How does delivery from Dyson work?
Delivery options and cut-off times for UK addresses are shown at checkout, and click and collect is available at Dyson stores. Personalised orders take a little longer to go out, and accessories and spare parts travel by a standard service with their own charges. Some rural and island postcodes take longer, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Can a Dyson be returned after a change of mind?
Yes, within a window that depends on the product. Floorcare, hair care and lighting machines have a longer change-of-mind window than purifiers, fans and heaters, and cosmetics, cleaning solutions and oral care formulations can only go back unopened. Oral care devices sold with a hygiene seal can be returned only while that seal is unbroken. Returns start through Dyson’s online returns portal. Machines bought in a bundle can be returned one at a time, and a full refund needs every accessory, attachment and promotional gift that came with the machine.
What does the Dyson guarantee cover?
The Dyson guarantee covers repair or replacement of a machine that breaks down when used as intended, with Dyson collecting it and using genuine parts. Its length depends on the product: corded vacuums, hand dryers and lights carry longer cover than cordless and robot vacuums, air treatment and hair tools. A My Dyson account shows registered machines and the time left on each guarantee, and the guarantee can pass to a new owner along with the machine. It sits alongside the legal rights a buyer has against the seller.
Can shoppers try a Dyson or spread the cost?
Yes. Dyson stores offer hands-on demos with Dyson staff, including styling demos for its hair tools, as well as personalised presentation cases for Airwrap stylers and Supersonic hair dryers and customised cordless vacuums. Online, Klarna is offered at checkout, subject to status.
