How can you save at EcoFlow UK? Most savings come from timed sales, bundles and refurbished stock rather than everyday discounts. - Sales: in October 2026 the STREAM Series Fall Sale advertised up to 42% off. - Bundles: the All in One Power Bundle page pairs power stations with panels or extra batteries, advertising savings of up to £480 plus an extra 10% off in a flash sale. A DELTA 3 Classic with a 160W panel was £628 against £698. - Refurbished: tested returns with a two-year warranty, such as a DELTA Pro 3 at £2,199 against £2,799 new. EcoFlow calls these final sale, returnable within 30 days only for a manufacturing fault. - Rewards: a free account collects EcoCredits that convert to coupons, and joining earned 500 EcoCredits, worth £25. Does EcoFlow UK have a trade-in scheme? Yes, owners of a DELTA Pro, DELTA 2 series or RIVER 2 series unit can trade it in for a coupon towards a new DELTA Pro 3, DELTA Pro, DELTA 3, DELTA 3 Plus or DELTA 2 Max.
Estimated values in October 2026 reached £700 for a DELTA Pro traded towards a DELTA Pro 3, £120 for a DELTA 2 series unit and £60 for a RIVER 2 series unit. After an online questionnaire, EcoFlow emails the coupon and a return label within three working days, and the old unit has to go back within 10 days. The coupon cannot be combined with other discounts, and refurbished products cannot be traded in.
How much is delivery, and where does EcoFlow UK deliver? The home page advertises free delivery with restrictions, and the shipping policy says orders usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days.
Orders ship from warehouses in the UK or the Czech Republic with DPD, Dachser or Walkers, with no deliveries at weekends or on public holidays. The policy excludes non-mainland areas: - the Scottish Highlands and Scottish Islands - Northern Ireland - the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands
PO boxes are also excluded, and damage in transit has to be reported within three business days.
What is EcoFlow UK's returns policy? Orders from uk.ecoflow.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and the refund policy lists charges for change-of-mind returns. - Cancelling: free within 24 hours of ordering. After that and before delivery, the policy lists a fee of 1.3% for cards, 1.6% for PayPal and 2.6% for Klarna. - Change of mind: a transaction fee (2.6% for cards, 3.6% for PayPal, 2.6% for Klarna) plus return carriage, listed as £20 for accessories, £30 for most RIVER, DELTA and STREAM units and £80 for larger items such as the DELTA Pro 3 and rigid solar panels. - Faulty items: EcoFlow pays the carriage and offers a refund or replacement.
Every return needs a returns number (RMA) from support first, and refunds follow within 14 business days of the item arriving. Separately, UK law gives online shoppers 14 days from delivery to cancel, with the price and standard delivery refunded and, at most, the cost of sending the item back to pay; EcoFlow's terms of sale set out that right.
