Envirofone Shop
Envirofone sells refurbished phones, tablets and laptops that are tested and graded before listing, with a 12-month warranty on handsets. It suits shoppers who want a used device with a clear warranty and returns route rather than a private sale, though accessory and battery cover is shorter.

Choosing between phones, tablets and laptops
Envirofone's range is broad, but the warranty and returns terms apply across the board, so the decision usually comes down to the device itself. Start by checking the storage and colour you need on the listing, as these vary by model and stock. Older models are often listed as out of stock, so check availability before setting your heart on a specific generation.
Understanding the warranty and what it covers
Every refurbished handset carries a 12-month warranty against defects, which covers materials and workmanship such as screens, speakers, buttons and battery performance. Accessories and batteries have a shorter 6-month cover. Accidental damage, cosmetic wear and faults from unauthorised repairs are not included, so treat the warranty as protection against manufacturing and component faults rather than everyday knocks.
Checking your return rights before you buy
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind. The device needs to come back in the condition you received it, with its accessories, and the refund is issued within 5 working days of inspection. If something arrives damaged or not as described, contact the team within 48 hours for a free return. Back up your data and sign out of accounts first, as data cannot be recovered once a device has been reset.
Trading in an old device
If you have an older phone or tablet, you can use Envirofone's trade-in service to offset the cost of a refurbished device. Trade-in values depend on inspection, and a rejected or amended valuation will be discussed before anything proceeds. Check whether any trade-in discount would be affected if you later return the refurbished item, as the terms note that promotional discounts may be adjusted.
