E.ON Next's prices for your home

Every tariff compared →

E.ON Next's tariffs are in my energy comparison. Give me your postcode and I'll cost its cheapest for your home over the next 12 months, VAT included, against every other tariff I hold and the price cap.

Your postcode only places your home in its price-cap region. It isn't stored.

Pricing a medium home: Direct Debit, gas and electricity. Ofgem's figures for homes that use less than most (1,600 kWh of electricity, 6,000 kWh of gas), about the middle and more. Your bill or your supplier's app gives a truer answer.

E.ON Next: what to know before you buy

E.ON Next's main tariffs are:

  • Next Fixed: rates held for 12 or 24 months, with exit fees
  • Next Flex: a variable tariff that moves with the market
  • Next Pledge: a tracker priced to stay below the Ofgem price cap
  • Next Drive Smart: an EV tariff with cheaper electricity between midnight and 6am, smart charging through the E.ON Next app, and no exit fees
  • Next Optimise: a dynamic import and export tariff for homes with a solar battery

E.ON Next's published tariffs are in my energy comparison, so you can see how its fixed, flexible and Pledge deals compare with other suppliers and the price cap for your region and usage. The EV and battery tariffs depend on when you use electricity, so check those on E.ON Next's site.

To switch, enter your postcode on E.ON Next's quote page. It also runs a refer-a-friend scheme, and customers get discounts on its solar panels, EV chargers and heat pumps.
