Choosing between subscription and one-off boxes
Glossybox's core offer is a subscription, and the About Us page lists plans from one month up to twelve months. A longer plan suits someone who already knows they will keep receiving boxes. A single one-off box, such as the Beauty Finds Edit or The Beauty Crop collaboration, is a better fit if you only want to try the brand or buy a gift.
What you get and where it fits
The brand describes its monthly delivery as five beauty picks, and it adds a reusable cosmetics bag to a first delivery. Limited editions cover themed releases such as an advent calendar, a grooming kit and a glow-focused set. Subscribers can access these limited editions early and at a discount, and earned Glossy Credits can be used against purchases.
Delivery and returns to check first
The delivery page states that subscription orders include free delivery and that standard delivery takes two to three days. Deliveries do not take place on bank holidays. The returns policy gives you a 14-day right to cancel your contract from receiving your first box without giving a reason. Separately, returns of unwanted goods need to be unopened and in any original packaging, so check the terms before you open a box you may want to send back.
