intellijend is a Meta ads tool for musicians: it builds and optimises Facebook and Instagram campaigns that send fans to Spotify and other platforms, and tracks Spotify popularity scores against your ad spend. It suits independent artists, managers and small labels. There is no free plan; it costs $39.99 a month per artist, or $299.99 a year, which works out at $24.99 a month. Ad spend is paid to Meta separately.
Pick a track, budget and optional genre or similar-artist targeting, upload videos, and the platform builds the Meta campaign structure for you in your own ad account.
Campaigns spend most of the budget in the first few days to create a spike in stream velocity, which the maker says triggers Spotify's algorithmic playlists such as Release Radar and Discover Weekly.
Tests every video across every interest with a fixed spend, then recommends or switches off the ad sets with the worst cost per result.
Tracks artist and track popularity scores with full history, which Spotify for Artists does not show, overlaid on your Meta ad spend.
Suggests when to release your next track, which tracks to promote and how close a song is to the next popularity threshold.
Shows the fastest-growing artists on the platform and the ads they ran, for creative inspiration.
Fans go from Instagram to a landing page carrying your Meta pixel and then to Spotify or any other destination, so the pixel learns from real listeners.

intellijend runs Meta ad campaigns for music releases from inside its own dashboard and shows how those ads affect your Spotify numbers.
You connect your own Meta ad account, pick a track, set a budget and optional genre or similar-artist targeting, and upload videos. The platform builds the campaign structure, sends listeners through a landing page with your own Meta pixel, and spends most of the budget in the first few days. Its founder, the artist Jend, says this front-loaded approach spikes a track's popularity score and pushes it into Release Radar, Discover Weekly and Radio. An auto-optimiser switches off ad sets with a poor cost per result. The dashboard tracks artist and track popularity scores over time, which Spotify for Artists does not show, overlaid on your ad spend, and the Insights tab suggests when to release next. A Leaderboard shows ads used by the fastest-growing artists on the platform.
intellijend charges in US dollars: $39.99 a month, or $299.99 a year, which the maker presents as $24.99 a month and a 40% saving.
That covers one artist profile with all features and up to four team members at no extra cost. Extra artists cost $19.99 a month, or $149.99 a year ($12.50 a month), and labels or managers with large rosters can ask for enterprise pricing. The annual plan adds bonuses the maker values at over $800: a music marketing video course, monthly ad creative packs and two guides. Ad spend is on top and is billed by Meta directly; intellijend takes no percentage. The maker's FAQ mentions artists spending $100 to $1,500 on a single campaign. A UK card will be charged after conversion from dollars, and VAT handling is not stated.
intellijend is worth it for artists who already plan to spend money on Meta ads for each release and want the setup, optimisation and Spotify tracking handled in one place.
On Trustpilot it scores 4.4 from 208 reviews, with 86% five-star. Reviewers most often praise the support team for helping with Meta setup, and some report big jumps in monthly listeners after a few campaigns. The one-star reviews, about 10%, argue it charges for something you could do yourself in Meta Ads Manager, or describe missed demos, account restrictions and support that felt dismissive. Results depend on your ad budget, your music and your videos, and the maker's research into Spotify's thresholds is its own and not independently checked.
intellijend is narrower but more specialised: it focuses on front-loaded Meta campaigns aimed at Spotify's algorithm, while ToneDen and Hypeddit offer broader fan-link and ad tools.
The maker says its campaign structure splits every video across every interest with a fixed spend and that it is the only one with an auto-optimiser. Those are its own claims. The other routes it compares itself with are playlist submissions through services such as SubmitHub and Groover, influencer campaigns and music marketing agencies, which it puts at $2,000 or more a month. For general ad creative rather than music, an AI ad tool such as Superscale covers static and video ads for any brand.
No. The maker says campaigns can promote any destination, including Apple Music, SoundCloud, Beatport, Bandcamp, a merch store or a personal website.
The popularity tracking and algorithm insights are built around Spotify, though, so artists focused elsewhere get less from the dashboard. You need your own Meta Business Portfolio, ad account and pixel, which the maker says keeps the data in your hands rather than an agency's.
The annual plan is the cheapest way to pay, at $299.99 a year against $479.88 for twelve monthly payments.

No free plan or free trial is listed. Access starts with the monthly or annual subscription for one artist profile.
No. The maker says you pay only the subscription, and Meta bills you directly for ad spend through your own ad account.
The refund policy says payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period starts, with case-by-case exceptions such as technical faults or billing errors. Annual plans are a 12-month commitment, and you can cancel at any time to stop renewal.
No, but you need a Meta Business Portfolio, an ad account and a pixel set up. The platform then handles campaign structure and optimisation after you set the budget, targeting and videos.
Yes. Additional artists cost $19.99 a month or $149.99 a year each, up to four team members can join for free, and larger rosters can ask for enterprise pricing.
