Choosing between reserving and paying on arrival
If you know your destination and time, reserving in advance is the more predictable option. You can see availability, price and restrictions before you commit. Drive-up spaces are better when plans change at short notice, since you enter the number visible at the location, choose how long you want to stay and pay through the app.
Monthly parking for regular trips
If you need the same spot for work or your commute, the monthly option lets you book one space on a three, five or seven day basis so it is held for the days you need. Paying up front for longer periods can reduce the cost, so it is worth comparing the monthly price with the hourly or daily rate for your usual pattern.
Airport, event and city trips
For airport trips, look at the details of each listing carefully, because access and transfer arrangements vary by location. One hotel car park near Heathrow, for example, describes a shuttle bus to the terminals, while another listing notes that a service has changed. Reading recent reviews and the description is the best way to avoid surprises. Event parking is available for some fixed-price bookings, which helps if you want a known cost before a match or concert.
Changing or cancelling a booking
Some spaces can be extended through the app, and the option appears in your booking if it is available. Cancellation terms are set out on the platform, and at least one listing states you can cancel up to 24 hours before the start time. Check the terms shown on your specific booking before you pay.
