The story
Kuishi is run by its founder, Stephanie, who started it with a simple idea: timeless, well-made products that bring beauty and practicality to everyday spaces. The company says it is still founder-led and that she stays closely involved in the products and materials. The name comes from two ideas, “Kui” for simplicity and sustainability, and “Shi” for sophistication and elegance.
The range
The core of the range is refillable glass soap dispensers, with printed, coloured, plastic and foaming versions alongside. There are also glass storage bottles, spray bottles, replacement pumps and wall-mounted holders. Every dispenser comes with your choice of pump or spray top and finish, which you pick at checkout.
Pumps
Foaming pumps are made for diluted liquid soap and create a lather as you press. Standard lotion pumps suit thicker liquids such as shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Kuishi says the two are not interchangeable, so match the pump to what you plan to fill it with.
Sustainability
Kuishi describes its dispensers as a way to cut out single-use plastic, and says it is B Corp registered and works with climate specialists. Its packaging is plastic-free, just brown boxes, paper and tape, all recyclable. These are the brand’s own claims, so read its sustainability pages if they matter to your choice.
Delivery
UK orders ship from the brand’s UK warehouse with tracked couriers. It also ships abroad, but duties and taxes depend on where you live. Delivery costs and any free-delivery option are worked out in your basket, and some heavy or oversized items are excluded from free delivery.
Returns
Unused items can be returned in their original packaging by emailing the team first. For a change of mind, return postage is at your cost, and there are no direct exchanges, so you order the item you want instead. Personalised and bespoke orders are made to order and cannot be returned once paid for. If something arrives damaged or wrong, tell them quickly with photos.
Questions about Kuishi
Are there any Kuishi discount codes?
We don't currently list a confirmed discount code. That doesn't mean the store has no promotions; check its website for current prices.
What is the difference between a foaming pump and a lotion pump?
Foaming pumps are made for diluted liquid soap and lather as you press. Lotion pumps suit thicker liquids such as shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Kuishi says they are not interchangeable.
Can you personalise Kuishi soap dispensers?
Yes. Kuishi offers printed dispensers and a custom printing and glass etching service, mainly aimed at businesses. Bespoke orders are made to order, so they cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once paid for.
Does Kuishi deliver outside the UK?
Yes. It ships worldwide from fulfilment centres in the UK and Europe, using tracked couriers. Customs charges or import duties may apply to some international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.
Can I return a Kuishi dispenser if I change my mind?
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned after you contact the team. Return postage is at your cost, and exchanges are not offered, so you place a new order for the item you want.
Are Kuishi soap dispensers refillable?
Yes. Kuishi designs its bottles to be refilled and reused. Rinse glass with warm soapy water, and hand wash the pump and spray tops rather than using a dishwasher.
Who handles my order?
You complete your purchase with the retailer. For order changes, delivery questions or a refund, contact the seller shown on your order confirmation. Vouchernaut publishes shopping guides and offers; we don't process your purchase.
