Lakeland Leather sells leather, suede and sheepskin clothing and accessories for women and men. The range runs from leather, suede and shearling jackets and coats to women's leather trousers and skirts, handbags, cross-body bags and totes, messenger bags, holdalls and backpacks, and smaller pieces such as purses, wallets, card holders, belts, gloves, glasses cases and sheepskin slippers. It also sells leather and suede care products. Its about page says everything is selected or designed by its team in Ambleside, and that it sells real leather with natural finishes rather than bonded leather, so the grain and markings vary from one piece to the next.
The Leather Guarantee covers Lakeland Leather's leather products against material and manufacturing defects for the product's expected lifetime, at no extra cost. It has to be registered through the form on the guarantee page at the time of purchase. There's no fixed term: the customer care team reviews each claim and decides whether the item can be repaired or replaced. The shop also offers sleeve shortening and minor repairs, and asks for a photograph of the problem first so it can advise on what to do next.
Orders go by tracked delivery within the UK, with Royal Mail or DPD, and a tracking link is emailed once the parcel leaves the warehouse. There are standard, express and next working day options, with their costs and order cut-off times on the delivery page and at checkout. Parcels arrive in plain, unbranded outer packaging, which helps keep a present under wraps. The Isle of Man has its own standard delivery option, and the shop doesn't take international orders.
Unworn items with their labels and tags intact can be posted back with a Royal Mail label bought through the returns portal, or taken to a Lakeland Leather shop with the delivery note or order confirmation. The time limit and the label's cost are on the returns page. Online orders are refunded rather than exchanged, so the usual way to change a size is to return the item and order again, though a shop can swap it in person if it has the item in stock. Shops can't refund orders paid with PayPal, Klarna or American Express, so head office refunds those to the original payment method.
A code goes in the voucher code box at checkout on lakelandleather.co.uk. The shop's FAQ says most promotions allow one code per order and don't apply to sale items unless the offer says so, so codes are generally for full-price pieces. Any live code from Lakeland Leather's affiliate programme is listed on this page with its own terms. The yourLAKELAND loyalty scheme also earns points on spending, which convert into credit for later orders.
We currently list 1 discount code. Check each offer's terms, country and expiry date before using it. The retailer confirms eligibility at checkout.

Lakeland Leather says it sells real leather with natural finishes and avoids bonded leather, which is made from leather offcuts laminated with plastic. Its sustainability page says its leather is a by-product of food production and that it's a member of the Leather Working Group.
Usually not. The shop's FAQ says most promotions allow one code per order and exclude sale items unless the offer says otherwise, so the terms shown with each code are worth reading.
Yes. Klarna is one of the payment options at checkout, subject to eligibility, alongside Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
