Leglicious splits its range into hosiery such as tights, stockings and hold-ups, and lingerie. The store is built around these two areas, so it is worth deciding which you need before browsing. Hosiery bought for a single occasion is a different purchase from a set of everyday tights, and the returns rules treat them differently, as explained below.
Before you buy hosiery
Because opened hosiery cannot be returned unless it is defective, check sizing and the intended use carefully before opening anything. Lingerie can only be returned if it has not been tried on over your own underwear, so a try-on should be done with that in mind and tags left intact until you are sure.
Delivery expectations for UK orders
UK orders are usually delivered within one to two working days of dispatch, with orders received before 2pm on weekdays normally dispatched the same day, subject to availability. Products may be sent from more than one location and can arrive separately without extra delivery charges. Packages are sent in discreet plain packaging.
Returns and exchanges in practice
If an order is missing, faulty or damaged, contact customer service before sending anything back. UK returns are sent via a free tracked Royal Mail service and must be made within thirty days of delivery in original, undamaged packaging with tags intact. Keep proof of postage, as it is recommended for returns.
