The site separates adult personalised suitcases from a kids' range, and the difference matters when you are deciding what to buy. Adult designs lean towards marble finishes and initial or name styles, while the children's section includes character-themed cases. If the case is for a child who will carry it themselves, check the size listed on the product page before ordering.
Some designs allow you to upload your own photo or logo, which is useful for reproducing a family picture or business branding. Because the item is made to order, personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturer's defect, so check your text, initials and any uploaded image carefully before you confirm.
The delivery page lists standard UK shipping at no cost, with express and next working day options available at a fee. It also notes that suitcases are made after ordering, so the stated delivery times begin once the item is ready. Working days exclude weekends and bank holidays, and the page says estimated times come from carriers and cannot be guaranteed.
Faults, damage or missing items should be reported by email within seven days of delivery, with photos sent within 72 hours of the request. Unused, unopened standard items can be returned within 14 days, but returns must be arranged in advance. Statutory rights are not affected by the returns terms.
We don't currently list a confirmed discount code. That doesn't mean the store has no promotions; check its website for current prices.

Some suitcases offer an upload option for a photo or logo. Check the product page to confirm the design you want is available before ordering.
