Check delivery charges before you order
The shipping policy says most UK cities receive free shipping, but an extra delivery surcharge applies to the Scottish Highlands, Scottish offshore islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man and several specific postcode areas. If you live in one of these places, contact the team before placing your order so you know the exact cost.
Think about timing and split deliveries
Orders are typically in transit within 14 days, with a handling time of one to two business days. The order cut-off is 4pm UK time. Orders with several products, or items that arrive in multiple boxes, may be delivered on different days. Free gifts ship separately, seven days after the main product is confirmed received in good condition.
Measure before buying bulky items
Large pieces such as sheds and sofa beds need to fit through your doorways, staircases and lifts. The refund policy notes that if access problems were not checked beforehand, return shipping costs may be deducted and a repackaging fee may apply. Measuring your route in advance, or asking the team to help with measurements, saves a costly return.
Know the return and warranty terms
The refund policy describes a 30-day return window, with items needing to be in original, unused condition with proof of purchase. Most products carry a limited one-year warranty against workmanship defects, covering the product only rather than installation or electrician costs. Record an unboxing video on delivery and report visible damage quickly, as the policy asks for a 24-hour reporting window.
