The story
Luxplus started in 2013 as a members' club for beauty shopping. Its pitch is that a small monthly membership brings sale-style prices on branded products all year, so you don't wait for the yearly sale.
It is run by Luxplus ApS, a company based in Copenhagen, and sells to UK customers through its own site and app.
The range
The shop covers makeup, skincare, hair care and styling tools, perfume and niche fragrance, men's grooming, body care, health and wellbeing, and baby and child products. It also stocks K-beauty, dermatological skincare and an outlet section.
Luxplus says it buys directly from major European suppliers and holds the stock itself, which is how it says it keeps prices low. It notes that product packaging can vary because of that sourcing.
Membership
Membership starts automatically when you buy at a member price. The first stretch is a free trial, after which a monthly fee applies, and you can cancel from your profile or by contacting support.
Members move up levels as they shop. Higher levels earn more BeautyCash, which comes off a later order, and a bigger discount on a favourite brand.
Delivery
Luxplus delivers to mainland UK and Northern Ireland only, with Royal Mail or Hermes. Delivery is cheaper for members than non-members, and tracking links arrive by email once an order is dispatched. Expect a few working days rather than next day.
Returns
Luxplus offers the statutory cancellation period from the day you receive your order. Sealed goods that can't be returned for hygiene or health reasons are excluded, and a handling fee can be deducted in some return cases. Faulty goods follow the standard legal complaints route.
Saving
Member prices are the main saving. You can also buy without joining, but the normal-price route loses most of the benefit. Any live code is listed on this page, so check the terms before using it at checkout.

Are there any Luxplus discount codes?

Can I buy from Luxplus without a membership?
Yes. Luxplus says you can buy at normal prices without joining, though member prices are where its savings are.
How do I cancel my Luxplus membership?
Log in, go to My Profile and choose Cancel Membership, or contact support. Cancelling during the trial ends it straight away, and it can't be cancelled while an order is still being sent.
Does Luxplus deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes. Luxplus delivers to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. It doesn't deliver abroad.
What is BeautyCash at Luxplus?
BeautyCash is credit members earn on orders, which is taken off a later order. How fast it builds depends on your membership level.
Can I return Luxplus products?
Yes, within the statutory cancellation period, which starts when your order arrives. Sealed hygiene or health products are excluded, and a return fee can be deducted in some cases.
Who handles my order?
You complete your purchase with the retailer. For order changes, delivery questions or a refund, contact the seller shown on your order confirmation. Vouchernaut publishes shopping guides and offers; we don't process your purchase.
