Shopping with Maqio ltd
Choosing between delivery speeds
Maqio's shipping page sets out standard and express options for mainland UK. Standard delivery takes one to three working days, and orders over £30 ship free, while smaller baskets pay £3. Express shipping takes one to two working days at £5 on orders over £30 or £5.99 on smaller ones. If a gift is needed quickly, note the cut-off time, since orders placed by 12pm Monday to Friday dispatch the same day.
Understanding Click and Collect
Collection is possible but comes with conditions. Click and Collect items carry a non-refundable £20 deposit, and you must provide the vehicle registration number used for collection. Collection runs on weekdays during set hours and orders need collecting within five working days, so check these details before choosing it.
Checking details before you buy
Package dimensions and weight are listed on each product page, which matters for bulky play sets or ride-on items, and your vehicle needs to carry the order safely. Maqio does not provide assembly or installation, so choose items you can set up yourself. If you change your mind, return postage is your responsibility, so keep your order details to hand.
Where Maqio fits in your shopping
The range suits families and gift buyers looking for character bundles, licensed figures and craft sets. If you want specialist hobby kit, compare the product pages carefully, and weigh the delivery option against how quickly you need the toys.
