The story
Needs No Label was started by a team with years of experience in fabric sourcing and fashion buying. The idea, in the brand’s words, is that the best clothes are the ones you don’t have to overthink: pieces that fit, flatter and make getting dressed easier.
The range
Dresses are the centre of it, from day dresses to occasion and wedding guest styles, alongside tops, skirts, jumpsuits, trousers and matching co-ords. Prints do a lot of the talking, including stripes, leopard, polka dots and jacquard, with foil and velvet finishes for evenings. There’s also a jewellery line, a collaboration with Miss Cecilia, an outlet section and gift cards. The brand designs in the UK in sizes 8 to 22.
How it’s made
Needs No Label says part of its collection is designed and produced in the UK by small makers, which lets it run small batches. The rest is made with partner factories overseas, which it says are audited, ethically certified, and hold SEDEX and BSCI approval.
Delivery
Orders go out from the UK, with a standard service and a next-working-day option for orders placed before the cut-off. Dispatch is usually within a day, though not at weekends or bank holidays. It also ships to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and a list of countries abroad. Costs and the free-delivery threshold are on its delivery page.
Saving
Their site mentions a welcome offer for new customers who sign up, and Klarna and Clearpay are available if you’d rather spread the cost. Any live code is listed on this page: copy it and enter it at checkout.
Returns
Returns go through an online portal, and you have a window from the day your order ships. Items need to be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, and a small handling fee comes off your refund.
