How does delivery work?
Nere delivers within the UK, including Northern Ireland, by DPD courier. A signature is needed on delivery, and DPD sends tracking details with the option to rearrange the date. Standard and faster services are offered, with costs and timings shown at checkout; its express service does not cover Northern Ireland.
What are Nere's returns and warranty terms?
Unused items can be returned in their original packaging, dust bag included, through Nere's online returns portal, which books a courier collection. Personalised items such as luggage straps and bag tags, and personal-use items such as ear plugs, cannot be returned, and faster delivery charges are not refunded. The returns window is set out on its returns page. Nere's luggage carries a warranty against defective workmanship or materials, with claims made to its customer care team using the original receipt.
How do payment and codes work at Nere?
Nere takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. A code is entered at checkout before payment. Its site also links to student and key worker discount pages, and more travel shops are grouped under travel.
