The story
Netlighting says it was founded in 2007 and has grown into one of the UK’s trusted online destinations for lighting. It works with a large number of established lighting brands, among them Astro, Eglo, Elstead, Dar and Searchlight, so you can shop several makers in one basket.
The range
You’ll find pendants, chandeliers, flush and recessed ceiling lights, spotlights and track lighting, plus wall lights, table and floor lamps and ceiling fans. Outdoor lighting covers lanterns, bollards, floodlights and motion-sensor fittings, and there are bathroom lights, illuminated mirrors, switches and sockets. It also helps to source specialist or hard-to-find fittings.
Advice and trade
The team offers help by phone or email with choosing a product or planning a scheme. Interior designers, architects, electricians and property developers are a regular part of its customer base, and trade customers can get in touch about larger or ongoing orders.
Delivery
Most products ship direct from the supplier, from across the UK and Europe, so lead times vary by item and are shown on each product page. Items coming from the EU can take longer if customs checks apply. Net Lighting advises against booking an electrician until your order has arrived and you’ve inspected it.
Saving
Delivery is free over a set order value, but each brand in a mixed basket has to meet that minimum on its own, so grouping items from one brand helps. Any live code is listed on this page: copy it and enter it at checkout.
Returns
You have your legal right to cancel, and Net Lighting extends it. Goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, and you should wait for return authorisation before sending anything back. The original delivery charge isn’t refunded.
