The story
Nip + Fab was born in 2010 from the idea that effective, luxury-style skincare shouldn't need a luxury price tag. It was founded by Maria Hatzistefanis, the London entrepreneur behind sister brand Rodial, and the brand says it drew on what that sister label had learned. It describes itself as a family-owned, medium-sized business, with feedback from shoppers going straight to the top.
The approach
The brand's pitch is multiple active ingredients working together rather than one hero ingredient, explained in plain language so you don't need a chemistry degree. It says it was among the first to bring glycolic acid to the high street, and it publishes full ingredient lists on every product page so you can check for anything you react to.
The range
Products are grouped into named ranges around an active, such as Peptide Fix, Ceramide Fix, Hyaluronic Fix, Retinol Fix, Vitamin C Fix, Glycolic Fix and Salicylic Fix. Within them you'll find cleansers, pads, serums and concentrates, moisturisers, SPF, eye care, masks, exfoliators, facial oils and body care. You can also shop by skin concern, from dehydration and dullness to breakouts, fine lines and sensitivity, and there are routine kits that bundle a full regime.
Delivery
UK orders go by Royal Mail tracked delivery, with a DPD next working day option and DPD click and collect if you'd rather pick up from a local point. Orders placed before the cut-off time on weekdays from Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day, and there is no weekend or bank holiday delivery. The brand also ships to the EU, the US and further afield, with delivery options shown at checkout.
Saving
Nip + Fab runs a rewards scheme where you earn points on what you spend, then swap them for money off or products. It also lists student and healthcare worker discounts, and routine kits that bundle products together. Live codes are listed on this page: copy one and enter it at checkout.
Returns
If you change your mind, the brand accepts returns of unused, sealed products in their original packaging, bought directly from its own website, within 14 days of your order. Returns aren't prepaid, so postage is at your cost and a tracked service is recommended. For hygiene reasons opened or used products can't be returned, although faults and damage are handled separately by its support team.

Who owns Nip + Fab?
Nip + Fab was founded by Maria Hatzistefanis, who also founded the skincare brand Rodial. It describes itself as a family-owned, medium-sized business.
Can you return an opened Nip + Fab product?
Not for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons the brand can't accept products that have been opened or used, so returns need to be unused, sealed and in their original packaging.

Yes, its website lists a student and graduate discount, as well as one for healthcare workers. Check its own pages for how to claim.
How does the Nip + Fab rewards scheme work?

Wilder Botanics makes organic skincare, herbal teas, tinctures and bath rituals, developed by naturopath Rachel Landon and hand-blended in small batches in London. 5Kind
5Kind makes topical creams and gels built around naturally derived oils and botanical extracts. The range is split into hemp, arnica, bee venom, magnesium and tone and firming lines, so the first decision is usually which active suits the job: post-activity massage, skin care or night-time use.
