Oxfam Online Shop: what to know before you buy

Know what you are buying

The official explanation says stock comes from donations that did not sell in local Oxfam shops, as well as sourced items. That means condition and size vary from listing to listing, so read each description carefully and look at the photos rather than assuming a standard sizing.

Use filters to narrow things down

Size, brand and price filters can be combined, which helps when you want a specific fit. Searching for a particular brand or item brings up matching results, while the view-all option at the bottom of each category shows the latest listings across sizes and brands.

Check both women's and men's sections

Items such as trainers, jumpers and bags are sometimes listed under one section only. Browsing both is worth the time if you are looking for a particular type of piece.

Expect items to arrive separately

The Oxfam guidance notes that items may be dispatched from different locations, and second-hand pieces are often sent by the shop where they were donated. If you order several things, they may come in separate parcels, so factor that in before ordering.

Questions about Oxfam Online Shop

Are there any Oxfam Online Shop discount codes?

We don't currently list a confirmed discount code. That doesn't mean the store has no promotions; check its website for current prices.

Is everything on the Oxfam Online Shop second-hand?

Oxfam describes the shop as selling donated items, sourced items and vintage pieces, so many listings are second-hand. Check each product description for its condition and origin.

Why might my order arrive in several parcels?

Oxfam says items can be dispatched from different locations, and second-hand pieces are often sent by the shop where they were donated, so orders may not arrive together.
