The story
Paisie was founded in 2010 by Kate and Vicky, university classmates who met at Central Saint Martins. While interning at fashion houses they wanted to make the intricate designs around them easier to afford, and the idea of a "luxury high street" brand was born.
Both designers went on to work at houses including Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood and Preen before launching the label. Collections have been designed in London ever since.
The range
Each season brings wardrobe staples and separates that mix and match. The brand names knitwear as a long-standing customer favourite and dresses as a regular bestseller, and it is known for occasionwear too, from halterneck maxi dresses to ruffled blouses. Ribbed jumpers are a regular feature.
Paisie also sells accessories, jewellery and gift cards.
The approach
The label talks about "relaxed-chic, for the long haul": versatile, timeless pieces that can be dressed up or down rather than chasing trends. It says it is moving towards greener materials, starting with recycled polyester.
Delivery
UK standard delivery is free for accessories and gift cards, and for clothing orders above a threshold set on its delivery page. Below that there is a standard charge. Express next-day options exist for England, Scotland and Wales, with a separate express rate for Northern Ireland, and orders need to be in before a weekday cut-off.
Paisie also ships internationally. Import duty and VAT are included for EU orders, while other countries may add customs charges that you can pay at checkout.
Saving
Any live code is listed on this page: copy it and enter it at checkout. Paisie also offers Klarna, so you can spread the cost of a purchase. If a code was used on your order, a refund is adjusted to match the discount you got.
Returns
You can return items in their original condition, with tags and packaging, within 21 days of the line item being fulfilled. UK customers can swap an item through the returns portal, while international customers return the item and place a new order. For hygiene reasons, face masks and pierced jewellery cannot be refunded. UK returns use a prepaid label, and a small processing fee is taken from the refund.
