The story
Paso was started by two cousins and friends, Sophie and Alex. Their idea was simple: life is better when anxiety is lower and you have slept properly, so they set out to make plant-based products for relaxing after, or during, a stressful day and for getting a good night's sleep.
The range
The shop is split into vape and edible products. On the vape side there are pens, cartridges and e-liquid bottles. Edibles include oral oil drops and gummies. The site also has learning pages on CBD, vaping, lab reports and allergy information, which are worth a read before you choose. If you have never tried CBD, those pages are the place to start, and the lab reports show how the products are tested.
Buying
Paso sells through its own site and also through Amazon, and some items can run out of stock. Customers praise the personal replies from the founders, and the team says it replies to questions promptly, by email or through its Amazon listing.
Delivery
In Great Britain, orders go by Royal Mail and the team aims to process them quickly. Delivery charges and any free-delivery level are shown on its shipping page and at checkout. Paso also ships to Europe by courier, with a longer wait for some countries than others.
Returns
Paso accepts returns if you change your mind, as long as the item is unused, unopened and in its original packaging. Chocolate and gummies can't be returned because they are perishable. Email the team first with your order number and reason, then post the item back to the address they give.
Saving
Paso runs a refer-a-friend offer on its site, where you and a friend both get a reward, and it sends a newsletter with its latest deals. Any live code on this page can be entered at checkout.
