Understand the delivery options
Peeko says orders placed before 11pm are dispatched the same day using Royal Mail Tracked 24, with delivery aimed for the next working day, including Saturdays. It describes this as an aim rather than a guarantee. Delivery is charged at a flat rate on smaller orders, and the shipping policy lists free delivery on higher order values. Orders placed after 11pm on Bank Holidays go out on the next working day, and some areas may not receive weekend deliveries.
Returns are limited
Peeko's shipping policy says it does not offer free returns.
