Check delivery costs before you add to basket
Delivery charges are only estimated on the basket page until you confirm your delivery location at checkout. The price depends on the service chosen, the number of parcels, the weight of the items and where you are. Bulky purchases are where this matters most, so it is worth checking the cost early rather than after you have settled on a basket.
Match the delivery method to the item
Smaller, lighter items can go by standard courier or the cheapest Royal Mail service, while heavy furniture is handled differently. Indoor furniture uses a heavy item service run by the QD delivery team within its local radius, and outdoor furniture sets may travel by pallet. Those services can take longer and usually need someone present at the address, so plan for that before ordering.
Understand the limits of Click & Collect
QD does not offer a formal Click & Collect service. If you want to reserve something in store, contact your local branch directly. Store collection is therefore not a guaranteed route for every item, and you should not assume it will be available.
Read the returns rules for your product type
In-store returns require unused goods with packaging and the original till receipt, within a set period. Online orders have their own cancellation form and a separate returns address. Some categories are excluded, including unsealed cosmetics, mattresses and duvets, personalised or made-to-order items, perishable food and plants. Check these exclusions before buying anything that may fall into them.
Questions about QD stores
Are there any QD stores discount codes?
We don't currently list a confirmed discount code. That doesn't mean the store has no promotions; check its website for current prices.
Where can I check QD stores's refund policy?
Read the retailer's current policy before buying. Eligibility can depend on the product, its condition and whether it has been used or activated. QD Stores Returns and Cancellations
Does QD Stores offer Click & Collect?
No. QD does not offer a formal Click & Collect service, so if you want to reserve an item in store you need to contact your local store directly.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
No. QD states it cannot offer delivery address or product amendments once an order has been placed, so you would need to cancel and reorder.
Who handles my order?
You complete your purchase with the retailer. For order changes, delivery questions or a refund, contact the seller shown on your order confirmation. Vouchernaut publishes shopping guides and offers; we don't process your purchase.
