Renogy sells the parts of a 12V off-grid power system, singly or bundled into kits for motorhomes, caravans, sheds and boats. The best-known line is the Core Mini lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) leisure battery, which cost £179.99 for 100Ah, from £359.99 for 200Ah and from £419.99 for 300Ah in October 2026. Alongside it sit self-heating Pro batteries with Bluetooth (the 200Ah from £619.99), rigid, flexible and bifacial solar panels such as the ShadowFlux 200W anti-shading panel (from £120.99), solar blankets, pure sine wave inverters, charge controllers and DC-DC chargers that charge a leisure battery from the alternator and solar together (the 50A model with MPPT was £189.99).
The 3.84kWh Motorhome Power Kit started at £679.99 and the 5.12kWh Power System at £1,039.99. Renogy began in 2010 as a student project at Louisiana State University; the UK shop is run by RNG UK Energy Limited, and the brand says more than 30 UK dealers and motorhome makers, Auto-Trail and Auto-Sleepers among them, fit its kit.
It suits van and caravan owners who are comfortable planning a 12V system, or who have an installer lined up. The kits leave things out on purpose: the motorhome kit pages say connection cables aren't included, and the 2000W inverter charger needs a separate neutral-earth bonding relay and an RCD or RCBO. Renogy runs an authorised installer locator for anyone who'd rather not do the wiring.
Independent testing is broadly positive on the hardware. German motorhome magazine promobil (updated October 2026) placed the Renogy Pro 200Ah third of eight under-seat lithium batteries with 75 points out of 100. It credited capacity above the rated figure, a steady 200A load and the seven-year warranty, but found cold-weather charging slow (close to half an hour of self-heating before it accepts charge) and noted the lack of an on/off switch. Service fares worse. Renogy's global Trustpilot page scored 3.9 out of 5 from 6,971 reviews in October 2026, with 22% one-star; recent UK reviewers describe slow refunds and confusing returns, while positive reviews mention easy installation and quick email replies.
Delivery is free to mainland Britain from warehouses in Manchester and Bolton. Parcels take one to two working days to process and two to four in transit, while pallet deliveries for heavier kit can take up to ten working days in transit. Northern Ireland orders carry an extra charge of at least £50, and Renogy doesn't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the Isles of Scilly or PO boxes. Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes.
Returns have to be raised within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the original packaging, with a return authorisation number from customer service. Renogy pays return postage only for damaged, faulty or wrong items; otherwise the buyer pays, with Renogy's estimates starting at £3 for most products, £8 for batteries and £17 for panels and kits up to 200W. Batteries are stricter: AGM, gel and lithium batteries come back within 14 days only if unused, and a used one can carry a 10% to 15% charge or be refused. Refunds follow seven to ten working days after the return arrives.
It depends on the product, and Renogy's UK warranty document lists the cover model by model. Lithium batteries carry three to eight years of prorated cover, with replacements free in the first 12 months and charged in proportion to the time used after that; the Core Mini 100Ah has five years. Solar panels get five or ten years on materials and workmanship, and many models add an output guarantee of up to 80% of rated power after 25 years. Charge controllers, inverters and battery chargers mostly have two to five years. Replacements are only sent within the country of purchase. Phone support runs from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and online cases are answered within 24 hours.
Most savings come as percentage codes, and the ones on this page tend to grow with basket size, which matters on four-figure kits. Signing up to Renogy's newsletter brings 6% off, or 8% off orders over £1,000, and a free Renogy account adds a 5% welcome coupon plus points that can later be swapped for coupons. Students and graduates get 6% off through Student Beans. Renogy runs seasonal sales on the UK site, and in early October 2026 it billed one as Black Friday pricing, so big kits are worth pricing across a few weeks. Klarna's Pay in 3 and 6 to 24 month financing (on orders from £250 to £10,000) spread the cost without lowering it, and bigger buyers can ask for bulk prices.

Yes, but Northern Ireland orders carry an extra shipping charge of at least £50, since free delivery only covers mainland UK. Renogy doesn't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or the Isles of Scilly.
Parcels from Renogy's Manchester and Bolton warehouses take one to two working days to process and two to four in transit. Heavier pallet deliveries take two to three working days to process and three to ten in transit.
Only within 14 days and only if it hasn't been used; a battery that has been used normally can carry a 10% to 15% charge or be refused. Other products can be returned unused within 30 days with a return authorisation number, and the buyer pays postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or wrong.
Yes. In October 2026 Student Beans listed 6% off at Renogy for verified students and graduates.
No. Renogy's kit pages say connection cables aren't included, and the inverter charger in some kits also needs a separate neutral-earth bonding relay and an RCD or RCBO.
