The story
Soak&Sleep says it’s motivated by the feeling you get after a great night’s sleep. Its CEO describes an obsession with sourcing authentic materials to make long-lasting bedding at a fair price. The company is based in Ash Vale, Surrey.
The range
Duvets can be sorted by tog, season, size and filling, from feather and down to wool, silk and synthetic. Pillows are grouped by firmness and sleeping position. Bed linen runs from French linen and Egyptian cotton to silk, alongside protectors, towels, mattress toppers, bedspreads and accessories. It also sells mattresses, including Harrison Spinks.
Quality
The company says it sleep-tests its products and backs many of them with long guarantees. It also publishes buying, size and care guides to help you pick the right tog, pillow or sheet size before you order. Customer reviews on the site are a useful second opinion if you’re choosing between fillings.
Delivery
Most UK orders go by DPD on standard delivery, with free delivery above a basket threshold shown at checkout. There are quicker next-working-day and local store pick-up options too. Mattresses and large items travel separately, to mainland UK addresses, and some take several weeks, so plan ahead if a new bed is part of a move. The delivery page also explains how to track your parcel once it has been dispatched.
Saving
Bundles and sets are priced to reward buying together, and the site runs seasonal sales. Any live code is listed on this page: copy it and enter it at their checkout.
Returns
There’s a long returns window. Unless an item is faulty, it needs to come back unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Returns by DPD are free from mainland UK addresses, and items bought in a bundle or set must be returned together.
