The story
Stand4 Socks began with founder Josh Turner saying, among friends, that most of us wear socks every day, so each pair might as well do some good. From there the brand built a buy one, give one model: every pair sold is matched by a pair given to a person in need.
The donation
Socks are among the items homeless shelters ask for most, because they are rarely donated. The socks Stand4 gives are made for the job, thick and naturally antibacterial, with reinforced seams and darker colours that wear well. The brand says they are not the same as the fashion socks it sells, and that it works with shelters and charities across the UK to hand them out.
The range
The shop sells socks in crew, no-show and calf lengths, in twisted cotton, combed cotton and bamboo. Designs are the big draw: city skylines, animals, sports and hobbies, Pride, collaborations and famous faces. Plain essentials sit alongside them for everyday wear. Beanies, gift packs and custom socks are on offer too, and the brand also supplies corporate gifts.
Fabric and fit
Stand4 describes its twisted cotton as thicker and its bamboo as softer and lighter, so choose by how and where you will wear them. Sizes come in ranges, and the product page has the size selector. Packaging uses a compostable mailer.

Returns
