What Supercut does
This is Supercut, a screen recorder for team video messages, made by Float Labs. You record your screen and camera, get an edited, shareable link, and it comes with AI chapters and summaries.
Native recording
Apps for macOS 14+ and Windows 10+ record screen, window or area, camera and system sound in up to 4K, with an annotation tool and keyboard shortcuts. A Chrome extension records screen and microphone at up to 1080p.
Layouts after recording
Screen and camera are recorded separately, so you can switch between Bubble, Cutout, Split, camera-only and screen-only at any point, with virtual backgrounds and background removal.
Auto-Edit
Removes mistakes, silences and filler words automatically, alongside trimming, zooms, redaction, background noise removal and volume balancing.
AI chapters, summaries and assistant
Every recording gets a transcript, captions, an AI title, summary and chapters the moment you stop. Viewers can ask the AI assistant questions about the video without a paid seat.
Branded share pages
Share by link, email or embed with your logo, colours, fonts and custom domain, plus calls to action, forms, comments and reactions, password protection and expiry dates.
MCP server and API
Supercut's MCP server gives AI agents such as Claude, Cursor and Codex access to recordings, transcripts and frames, so a recorded bug can become a Linear ticket or a walkthrough a Notion page.
Loom import
Paste a Loom video or folder link and the videos arrive in Supercut with their titles, transcripts, summaries and chapters, though imported videos can't use the editor.
