Choosing the right label format
The label range is the clearest place to start. Thermal labels in rolls suit high-volume shipping because they print without ink, so they fit well if you already run a thermal printer. Sheet formats, such as A4 address labels, make more sense for desktop inkjet or laser printers and for occasional posting. Integrated labels combine an invoice, packing slip or returns label on one sheet, which can save handling time for eCommerce operations.
Matching size and adhesive to your packaging
Check label size against the space you need for barcodes, addresses and any branding before you buy. Adhesive strength matters too. Standard adhesive usually suits most parcel surfaces, while stronger options work better on textured or recycled cardboard. Lightweight parcels are a good fit for paper-based or coreless labels, which are easier to recycle.
Confirming printer compatibility
Before ordering, confirm your printer type. Thermal rolls need a thermal printer. The thermal till roll with cardboard core is designed for standard point-of-sale receipt printers, so it suits hospitality rather than parcel work. If you are buying a printer alongside labels, the site also sells thermal printers and gummed tape machines.
Returns and getting help
Returns are accepted within 28 calendar days of receipt, provided items are unused, in original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds exclude delivery charges, and return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the error was the company's. For help choosing products, the team can be contacted by phone or by email via the site.
