The product
Testimonial gives you a branded page where customers can leave a written or video testimonial, with no code needed. Everything lands in one inbox where you can read, tag and approve it, then embed your favourites on your site with a snippet of code. The embed works with any site builder, from Webflow and WordPress to Shopify. It also imports praise that already exists elsewhere.
The imports
You can pull in kind words from places like X, LinkedIn, Google reviews, G2 and Yelp, so you aren’t starting from nothing. A Chrome extension can save a highlighted quote from any page. Imported and collected testimonials sit side by side in your Wall of Love, and video testimonials can be downloaded as files whichever plan you are on.
Beyond testimonials
Higher plans add extras such as a monitor that listens for mentions of your brand, automated email requests, NPS surveys and case study collection. Testimonial says it is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Team seats and priority support also grow as you move up the plans.
Pricing
There is a free plan to start, then paid plans with limits that grow as you move up. Some plans are charged per space, which is one project with its own page and widgets, so agencies running many clients should read the pricing page carefully before choosing. Prices are in US dollars. Paid plans come with a free trial and can be cancelled at any time.
Who it suits
Testimonial is made for founders, coaches, agencies and software teams who want a steady flow of customer quotes and short videos on their site. If you only need a handful of quotes, the free plan may be enough. If you run several client projects, it’s worth working out how many spaces you’ll need first, because that changes the cost.
