Choosing between foam types
The range centres on memory foam, cooling foam and firm foam, and the product pages show a comfort rating for each item. Because that rating reflects personal preference, it is worth checking it against how you normally sleep before you order, and getting in touch with the sales team if you cannot find it.
Standard sizes or made-to-measure
If you have a static caravan, campervan or motorhome bed, the custom-size options are the main reason to shop here. Bespoke orders are made to your specification, and the sales team confirms your dimensions with a plan before production starts. Allow extra time for bespoke items, since dispatch can take up to 12 working days.
Returns and delivery for bespoke items
The refund policy allows 30 days to request a return, but the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Custom-sized mattresses cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, faulty or to different measurements from those confirmed. Return costs fall to the customer, so measure carefully before you order.
Settling in a new mattress
Products are vacuum-packed, so a noticeable smell is common when you unpack. The FAQs advise leaving the mattress in a well-ventilated room for 24 to 48 hours while the foam expands. Plan this into your timing, especially if the bed is needed quickly.
