Choosing the right size first
The site lists a wide spread of sizes, from a 75cm x 175cm shorty small single up to a 180cm x 200cm super king, along with European options such as 140cm x 200cm and 160cm x 200cm. Measure your existing frame or room before you buy, and check the European sizes carefully if you are replacing a continental bed, since they are not the same as UK equivalents.
Mattress types and what they feel like
The homepage describes a 25cm hybrid with individually pocketed springs, memory foam comfort layers and three-zone support, which suits people who want contouring without a fully foam feel. Pocket spring models and memory foam options are also listed, so think about whether you prefer springy bounce or a slower, cradling surface.
Delivery expectations
Standard UK delivery is listed as free. The FAQ gives typical timings of around three working days for rolled mattresses and up to eight for divan beds and flat mattresses. Delivery is to the front door of the property, and the site says next-day delivery applies only to selected products, so check the product details before relying on it. Some premium models arrive flat rather than rolled.
Returns and the small print
The returns policy offers 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Return costs usually fall to you, except where an item arrives damaged or the wrong size. The site does not offer exchanges, so a change of model means returning and reordering. Mattresses bought through a third-party marketplace follow that seller's terms instead.
