Decide whether you need the camera
The Wand is a sonic electric brush first. The camera is a detachable accessory you attach only when you want to complete a scan, and the FAQ says it is not meant to stay on during normal brushing. If you only want a capable brush, the core handle is the relevant purchase; if you want periodic images reviewed by a dentist, the camera and app are the reason to pay for it.
Understand the membership before you commit
Toothfairy describes a membership that delivers a replacement brush head every three months and gives access to scans and dentist review. The FAQ says the Wand can work without a membership, but the wider service is built around the membership. Check the product page to see exactly which bundle includes which accessories before choosing one.
Check the hygiene returns rules
The returns policy offers a 14-day change-of-mind window only for unopened, unused items with hygiene seals intact. Because the Wand and brush heads are oral-care products, opening or using them removes change-of-mind eligibility. Faulty or incorrect items are handled separately under UK consumer law, so keep packaging and contact support promptly if something is wrong.
Set realistic expectations
