Check the device fit first
TORRO's range covers phone and tablet cases, wallets, travel accessories, bags and watch straps. Cases are built for named devices, so confirm your exact model appears in the product description before ordering. Some cases use magnets for closure, and the listing says so. If you prefer to avoid magnetic closures, read that detail before you buy.
Choosing delivery in the UK
Standard EVRi delivery for UK orders takes 3 to 5 working days and is fully tracked. DHL Domestic Express is the faster option, aiming for 1 to 2 working days at an additional charge, but the order must be placed before 1:30pm Monday to Friday. Some UK mainland postcodes are treated as remote and carry an extra charge, and next-day delivery is not offered to the Scottish Highlands. Nothing is dispatched on weekends or bank holidays, so an order placed late on a Friday may wait until the next working day.
Understanding returns and personalisation
Unused items can be returned within 30 days of purchase, but the customer pays return postage unless agreed otherwise, and the original delivery charge is not refunded. Personalised or customised products cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing fault, so check initials and finishes carefully. Keep your proof of purchase and proof of return postage.
Setting realistic expectations
TORRO says its cases give impact protection but cannot prevent all damage to a device, and its warranty does not cover damage to devices or personal property. Leather shows everyday handling, and the returns policy excludes wear, staining, tears and damage from overloading card slots. Treat these as the material's normal behaviour rather than faults.
