Every tariff compared →TruEnergy doesn't publish its prices in a form I can use, so I can't cost its tariffs. Give me your postcode for the cheapest tariffs I hold for your home and the price cap, then set TruEnergy's quote against them.
Pricing a medium home: Direct Debit, gas and electricity. Ofgem's figures for homes that use less than most (1,600 kWh of electricity, 6,000 kWh of gas), about the middle and more. Your bill or your supplier's app gives a truer answer.
TruEnergy: what to know before you buy
TruEnergy's site is aimed at businesses. It offers landlords a way to include utilities in rental agreements, with one bill across several properties, and tailored energy buying for large industrial sites.
For homes, TruEnergy publishes its domestic standard variable tariff rates on its tariffs page. It says domestic supplies are signed up through its domestic brand, Huddle Utilities, by phone on 0113 519 5434.
TruEnergy's prices aren't in my energy comparison, because it doesn't publish them in a form I can use. To see what it would charge for your home, ask it for a quote, then set that figure against the cheapest deals in my comparison for your region.

E.ON Next
E.ON Next is E.ON's UK household energy supplier, with more than five million customers. E.ON has also bought OVO Energy, which still trades under its own name.
Ecotricity
Ecotricity is a green energy company founded by Dale Vince, which has generated electricity from its own wind and sun parks for 30 years. It puts customers' bills into building new green generation instead of paying dividends.
EnergyCoop
EnergyCoop, formerly Co-op Energy, is the Co-op's household energy brand, supplied and serviced by Octopus Energy. Its electricity is zero carbon, and it sells the only tariff powered by community-owned generation.
Fuse Energy
Fuse Energy is a licensed Great Britain gas and electricity supplier that you sign up to and manage online. It sells to homes and businesses and offers support around the clock.
