Shopping with Vision Direct
Contact lenses are the kind of spend you forget about until the bank statement arrives, and Vision Direct is a good place to cut it. It stocks the big brands and its own label, everclear, and the codes here lean towards getting you to try that.
Which code to use
- **SURPRISE** takes 10% off your first order with no minimum spend, one use per customer. If you're switching from your optician and staying on the same brand, this is the one.
- **EVERCLEAR15** gives new UK customers 15% off any everclear lenses, until 10 November 2026. It's product cost only (delivery isn't included) and one use per customer.
- **TRYELITE** gets you a free everclear ELITE trial pack. Add one for each eye; there's no minimum spend but you pay £3.98 delivery, and it's one use per customer.
These don't combine. I'd get the free ELITE trial first, see how your eyes feel, then use EVERCLEAR15 on a proper order if you stick with everclear, or SURPRISE if you'd rather stay on your usual brand. Check your prescription carefully and speak to your optician before switching lenses.
Delivery
UK delivery is next day on in-stock items if you order by 10pm, and it's free on orders of £59 or more. Under that it's £3.98. Orders to GY, HS, IM and JE postcodes can take a day or two longer. Buying a few months' supply at once gets you over £59 without much effort and saves reordering.
Returns and price match
The 365-day guarantee means you can send back unopened lenses in their original, undamaged packaging within a year for a refund or store credit, which is handy if your prescription changes. Faulty items are covered by a separate 12-month replacement guarantee.
If you find the same lenses cheaper elsewhere, Vision Direct will match the price. It's worth checking before you order, as it could save more than a percentage code.
Reordering takes three clicks once you're set up. Codes can be withdrawn early and Vision Direct's terms apply, so make sure the discount has come off before you pay.
