Made to measure or standard sizes
The site stocks both made to measure and ready made products. Standard size voile panels and ready made curtains are the simplest choice if your windows fit common dimensions, while made to measure items are cut to your own sizes. Check the product page first, as each item lists its own dispatch time.
Measuring carefully before you order
Measure every window separately, since windows that look identical can have different dimensions. Made to measure orders cannot be refunded, so accurate figures matter. The site offers guidance on measuring and free fabric samples for custom orders, which is worth using if you are unsure about colour or weight.
Delivery timescales and charges
Delivery times differ by product, so compare the figures on each listing rather than assuming one timescale applies. Shipping is free on orders over the stated threshold, and smaller orders carry a flat charge. Next day delivery is offered on selected made to measure items, with a cut off time for placing orders.
Returns on custom products
Standard, unaltered items can be returned within the stated window for a refund. Made to measure and altered products are different: they cannot be refunded, though flawed or damaged-in-transit items are replaced. Read the returns terms before ordering custom work.
