zonky: what to know before you buy
Choosing a cover fabric
The covers come in several fabric types, including vegan microsuede, corduroy and teddy, across a range of colours. The fabric affects how the sofa feels and how it sits in a playroom, so choose based on the look and texture you want. Check the listing before buying, as some colours are marked sold out or carry a different price.
Caring for the covers
The covers can be zipped off and washed, which matters for a product used by young children who spill drinks and climb all over it. Remove the covers before washing and follow the care guidance on the product page.
Understanding delivery
The shipping policy states that delivery is free within Great Britain and that dispatch usually takes one working day. Northern Ireland, Jersey, the Isle of Man and Guernsey are served with delivery charges. Some product lines have longer lead times, so read the shipping information beside each item. Make sure someone is available at the address on weekdays to take delivery.
Returns and the guarantee
The returns window is 30 days and the item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the customer. Sale items cannot be refunded. A 12-month guarantee covers defects with a complimentary repair, and proof of purchase is needed for any return.
