Free standard delivery applies to qualifying orders over \u00a339 for most of the UK, but a small number of postcodes, including the Highlands and islands, do not qualify. For those addresses, orders over \u00a339 carry a smaller delivery charge. Next Day Delivery is only available to selected postcodes and requires ordering before the stated cut-off times, so check eligibility at checkout.
Use the range for food and everyday supplies
The site is most useful for regular purchases such as dry and wet food, litter, treats and consumables. Its shop list names several food brands with different aims, such as breed, size or sensitivity formulas. Compare the recipe and life-stage label as well as the brand, since one brand can cover several different products.
Consider a bed, scratcher or crate too
For one-off accessories, the site groups dog beds, collars, kennels and travel crates, plus cat litter trays, scratching posts and microchip cat flaps. Pick the item by your pet's size and how it is used, rather than by the photo alone.
Returns and replacements
Zooplus says you have 14 days from receipt to return most goods for a full refund, and it covers return costs for those returns.
